Starting 2015, Innova Industries will have some new build chassis purchasing opportunities for Innova customers. We are expanding our inventory to include brand NEW 2015 chassis to complement our used and refurbished chassis line. The first specification we’ll be bringing to our north Houston yard is the high demand 20 ft. tri-axle container chassis.
This heavy duty work horse is greatly utilized for customers needing to haul containers with payload of 53,000 lbs.* With overseas boxes coming in with ever constant increasing weights, haulers need to have the equipment ready to service these lanes. Chassis shortages continue with leasing companies not having the specialized equipment necessary to fill the per diem or long term needs of their clientele. These chassis are built beyond industry standards, manufactured by a company with over thirty years of experience in the farm and construction machinery industry and ten years building heavy duty trailers. Though recently venturing into the production of container chassis, they have shown attention to detail and engineered innovative components that supersede the industry standards. 
Case in point, the roller bearings they utilize for the sliding chassis. These bearings are superior to the methods of metal sliding on metal. They eliminate the need to lubricate these sliding friction areas and produce a smooth transition from un-extended to extended. “All you have to do is pull the pin and move forward”. Our base specification comes standard with steel hub piloted wheels and radial tires.
